Selantia

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes what the product does today; it has not been reviewed for legal sufficiency, and it will change before it is final.

Terms

These terms cover the use of Selantia by cost-segregation firms and their staff.

Selantia is operated by SwiftSeg. Contact: hello@selantia.com.

Effective date: 2026-10-05.

Access

There is no self-service sign-up. A firm asks for access through this site, and we set the firm up. A person belongs to one firm, and a firm's owner or admin invites the rest of its team.

Each member is responsible for keeping their own password private.

The firm's work is the firm's

The product computes estimates and depreciation schedules from the figures a firm enters and the rules the product implements, and it produces letters from the firm's own templates. It does not give tax advice. The firm reviews and stands behind every figure, election and letter it sends; the bonus-depreciation percentage, for example, is entered and attested by the firm, and the way the product applies it has not been verified by a tax professional.

A firm's clients and their information are the firm's. The Privacy page describes what the product holds for a firm.

Plans and billing

The plans and their prices are the ones published on this site's home page. Billing through the product is not switched on yet, and no payment is taken through it today.

Suspension

We can suspend a firm's access. While a firm is suspended, its members see a notice instead of the product, and its information is kept.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to reach another firm's information, to probe or overload it, or to submit information you have no right to submit.

Liability, warranties and disputes

[ AWAITING: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES — A LAWYER'S TEXT, NOT YET SUPPLIED ]

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Disputes under these terms are heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

These terms will change before they are final. The effective date above says which version you are reading.
